Return and Refund Policy
Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns or exchanges; Software returned for any reason within 30 (thirty) days, will have a 15% restocking fee applied. If software is returned due to an error on No-U-Turn, Inc.'s behalf the customer is entitled to a free upgrade of that particular product or service; No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 (thirty) days; Incomplete returns will not be refunded at full price. An incomplete return can be, but is not limited to, loss of paperwork accompanying product, CD jewel case, and/or serial number. A 15% restocking fee may also apply; and no returns or exchanges accepted on opened computer software.

Privacy Policy
No-U-Turn, Inc. does not acquire any personal information (unless express right is given) by visiting our web site, nor do we take any personal information from any form submissions to No-U-Turn, Inc. in order to sell or distribute; and from time-to-time you may receive emails from No-U-Turn, Inc. announcing new products, promotions or otherwise related material to this site. Should you find this material to be offensive to you personally, in any manner, you may request to be removed from the promo list by sending an email to us explaining your request. Profane, vulgar, or otherwise offensive emails will immediately be deleted and will not result in the removal of your name from the list.
